[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Cheating from snapdeal - inefficient tracking system | |||||
Short story Snapdeal is unable to track the product delivery even after 7 days of delivery. Their tracking system is neither up to date nor efficient. I want to return an Item and their support team is yet to confirm order delivery. I have called their support more than 7 times and people there are repetitively asking details as their complaint tracking system not showing details/support team is cheating - order ID: [protected] Full story: I placed an order for redme not3 phone on August 7. I got order confirmation at the moment and shipment notification on at 2 pm 9 th August. It was suppose to be delivered before August 12 as per this notification from Snapdeal. The delivery boy came to office on 11 August and I was at home at that time. So I told him to deliver to my colleague Soji Antony. He went back and came again around 4 ' o clock and delivered the item. Cash was paid in hand by my colleague. I got an alert from Snapdeal on August 12 that they were not able to deliver the item and will retry in 48 hours. This was unexpected as I already received the item on previous day. I got another alert on August 17 that my order was cancelled as delivery could not be completed. This is about their inefficient and pathetic tracking system As I was off and at home (Kerala) for the week, the product/phone was carried by my colleague to me and I opened the box by August 20 only. I took the phone out of the box, and put it to charge for 5 hours. Everything fine, phone started, set locale and other details. After checking it out for few, minutes, I left it on table. When I took it after few hours, phone was off. I tried to charge it again, no luck and phone was dead. I wanted to raise the issue to snapdeal and opened my account, there the order status was cancelled !!. Called support from a non registered number and press something as oer the IVR instructions, order status became 'refund successful'. This shows the inability of the supporting system. Then I raised a complaint ticket with support around August 23, complaint number 28236094. My experience with support team was very bad. I had called them more than 7 times (total talking duration more than 1 hour). All of them asked details of the order repetitively and I was messed up. I sent images of the phone and invoice copy as requested to [protected]@snapdeal.com. They listened care fully, talked politely, regretted for my experience and assured action within 24 hours. No action was taken so far. I dont know if no one is monitoring support team even if they repeatedly fooling a customer for single order ID. This shows their attitude towards consumers. The last guy I called yesterday night told me that he has raised a complaint (nr:[protected]from support team to backend team and action will be taken within 24 hours and no action yet - Its been more than 1 week since I opened this case Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchased judwaa560 zebronics usb keyboard usb mouse combo from snapdeal. The seller is sagar the world of fashion. He sent me judwaa525 zebronics ps/2 keyboard and usb mouse. I returned it immediately for replacement. Snapdeal declined replacement because quality check failed. I repeatedly asked for replacement or refund and told them I never used it or broke it but they refused and said they have no other option and sent back me the returned item. I had to spend another Rs 100 to buy ps/2 to usb converter. In the keyboard they have sent back 6 of the multimedia keys remain pressed and are not functional.the keyboard opens up in the center as if the screws are not tight.

The moment I posted my complaint here, I got a call from support (+12693978152) repeating the same acknowledgement. Now here is the 10 th acknowledgement requesting some more time :(
The complaint was opened on August 22 and not a single action has been taken so far - Also they kept silent on my queries over mail
