Respected Sir/Madam, Good Morning and Greetings; I would like to bring to your kind notice regarding "Pending Refund of technically faulty TV since long" delivered by Snapdeal on 31st October 2014. Below are its details: Booked By: Vineet Tiwari(My Brother - He Dealt with Snapdeal for this TV on my behalf). Date of Booking: 24th October 2014. Date of Delivery: 31st October 2014. Date when Complaint was registered with Snapdeal: 2-November 2014 or around it. TV Model Number: Sony Bravia KLV-22P402B 22 Inches Amount Paid by us: 12, 435.00 /- This complaint is pending since long and is yet to be resolved. Also, Despite of our repeated calls to its customer care, every time we called, we were told to wait for 24-48 hours for progressing with this issue, but every time Snapdeal disappointed us by not standing on their words and by not progressing with this issue. I would like to request you to please look into this issue and I would really be thankful if this issue gets resolved as soon as possible(in 1-2 Days time)!
