Snapdeal.com — I have not received my product but the status is changed to delivered in their site. | |||
I have ordered Apple iPhone 5S 16GB(Gold) on 18th Nov 2014. Order number for the same is [protected]. I have made full payment of Rs. 43, 387 through citibank credit card for the order. Though I have not received the item, the status is updated as delivered in their site. Also received an SMS on 28th Nov 2014 that the product has been delivered on 25th Nov 2014. Hence raised a complaint on the same day for not receiving the product. But I didn't get any status on the complaint even after a week. I was calling their customer care daily, but the response is "We have sent an email to first flight vendor. we are looking into issue and will get back to you ASAP". I got same response every time I called. When I checked in the first flight courier service site, the details of the receiver name is shown as Ramesh and contact number as 1. Then we have enquired with first flight courier service in vijayawada and came to know that theft was happened internally. Courier Service: First flight Consignment Number: O[protected]. Also I have received unsuccessful delivery email from snapdeal on 26th Nov 2014. But they have updated that the product was delivered on 25th Nov 2014. Was this information helpful? | |||
