[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Money deducted, but order not placed

My snapdeal account was [protected]@gmail.com. I had placed an order for the product Puma Woody Black Blue Floater Sandals.

And they collected 702 + 49(delivery) = 751 Rs. After payment I was not able to see my order details in my account and also i didn't get any email confirmation. Payment was done at 22nd February 2016 at 1:39 PM.

And they collected 449 + 49(delivery) = 498 Rs. After payment I was not able to see my order details in my account and also i didn't get any email confirmation. Payment was done at 20th February 2016 at 11:04 am.
