[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not getting refund against the order no-[protected] | |||||
Sir i have purchased 3 items online in snapdeal website by using PNB debit card on dated 25122016 with order no-[protected]. The total order of rs 2020 but in my PNB DEBIT CARD deduct rs 1958 and balance of 62 rs is deduct in my freecharge account details of the order are 1) Omron Hem-7120 Blood Pressure Monitor 2) Intex DUO313 Black USB Wired Keyboard Mouse Combo 3) Terabyte Shrihit USB 802.11N Wifi Wireless Lan Network Card Adapter with Antenna but in the same day 25122016 i have cancelled order no-[protected] with all three items as listed above but till date refund of rs 1958 is not credit in my bank account but i have getting 62 rs balance in my freecharge account back so sir i requested that my balance of rs 1958 is refunded in my bank account . snapdeal website shows the status is Order Cancelled.
