[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Not refunding my money

I bought a Dell 90W Black Ac power adapter from Snapdeal.com for Rs 1080. They Delivered the product late (after the deadline they told me).So, I refuse to take the delivery of that product as they have told me to refuse it if they deliver it after their deadline and if i refuse it they will refund my complete money back between 7-10days(till 20.02.2014). It's now been 12 day after the product been returned but yet they are not refunding me the money. I have mailed them several times but they are telling to send bank mini-statement or bank statement. I have also sent them my scan copy of my bank mini-statement and called Snapdeal customer service at [protected] but they are continuously telling that my refund of my money is in progress and they also told me i might be telling lie about my refund after submitting my bank mini-statement. Please help me to get my money back. And yes my order number for the product is Order number [protected]. And i can send you the scan copy of my bank mini statement on 22/02/2014 that my money has been debited from my account on 30/01/2014 to Jasper I but after that no money is been credited from snapdeal.com

But Still I have not got my product. Whenever I called the team, they assured me that my payment will be refund within 7days due to product unavailability.

As per your policy :
Debit card/credit card/netbanking 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date
NEFT transfer 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date
SD cash Within 24 hours

But Its now more than 1month, I am neither getting my money nor my product.

I purchased Micromax canvas powerA96 from snapdeal on date18Oct 2014. They sent me Faulty product then i returned to snapdeal again the sent wrong product instead of mobile they sent tablet again i returned to sanpdeal. I told snapdeal to return my money in my bank account. they are making me fool always they are saying it will take 2 days. Now 12 days passed again they saying same thing. i am getting irritate from sanpdeal. they are not giving my money.
thats why i lodging my complain in online cusumer forum.
i have all the proof document and mail wich i sent so many times to snapdeal

I had order a -TAN-FULL LEATHER BIKER JACKET of order no-([protected]) and ticket ID[protected]
from snapdeal, but due to bad quality of product i returned it back as the costumer service said, using bluedart.
but they still delay to refund total sum of amount Rs.4300(approx.)(including product & courier charge).
today more than a month passed but they still no return my money.

so, please help me on this issue.

I purchased this bag for my son while he was on his summer leave. His school reopened on 6th of june 2016 and now 9.6.16 the bag has teared off. It haven't lasted even for three days. Please do the need for me ASAP.
