[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Offer incompletion | |||
Since March 2015, I am trying to get extentend warranty on my laptop Lenovo Flex 2 as the 2 years extended warranty was offered during puchase. For the same i called numerous times to snapdeal customer care where each nd every time i was said to explain the problem ane later got the assurance only that within 48 hours you will get a call from our side bt never got the solution. It is more than 6 months over but 48 hours has not been over as per your executives. I want to know the status of my complaint as it has spoiled so much time and money during telephonic conversation.
