[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Poor service | |||||
Their service is so poor that there is no back call from support team. My product (xiaomi redmi note 3) was due to be delivered on 30th aug but still i have rcvd nothing. I even opted for exchange offer for my old phone for which they were supposed to visit and collect the old phone. but for that also there is no intimation till now and when i call there is no response from service team. Eriously fed up from poor service they give, that might be the reason why they are losers when compared to amazon and flipkart. I want that they should pay me compensation amount for not making delivery and harassment which i have to go through after making unnecessary calls to their customer care which do not respond.
