[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund of online transaction

I made two purchases from snapdeal for Lavie Alpha 2 Red Backpack (Order ID: [protected]) Placed on 19 Jan, 2017 and Woodland Browntan Leather Formal Wallet (Order ID: [protected]) Placed on 19 Jan, 2017. Later I cancelled them and refund was processed by snapdeal. Snapdeal has confirms that they have refunded the money in my bank account, with transaction reference number HHMP[protected] and 023790, but bank has denied of any such transaction. Vijaya bank has very pathetic customer support. Nobody receive calls nor replies to emails. Branch says they do not have any information.

Updated by [email protected] The bank branch is saying that the money refunded by snapdeal if not reflecting in bank account because the refund transaction might have failed and returned to snapdeal.
