Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal is a big cheat which has not delivered my product or neither money | |||
Order No. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:05:18 1. I placed a order for phone & they took 15 days but couldn't deliver my phone on time 2. I kept calling them several times & they kept postponing dates . 3. They then complained about Xpressbees not able to deliver product & sent me a sms saying my money will be refunded once they get their product back from xpressbees. You should first transfer my money & then later deal with your courier service. Till today I haven't got my money back . I am thinking of going lodging an FIR & suing snapdeal for this ordeal. Can somebody from snapdeal hear me & get my money back you buggers. Your customer service is terrible & so does your courier service. Don't you any shame when your competitors like flipkart & amazon are doing such a good job. Improve your service or get out of market ... you... shame less buggers.
