Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal not refunding my money | |||||
I ordered 2 micromax canvas spark ORDER ID [protected].But due to some technical issue my order was not completed and the amount deducted from my freecharge wallet Rs 5201.after three days i receive 2600 but i DID NOT RECEIVE REMAINING AMOUNT Rs2601.I complaint many times regarding this.but no solution have been provided yet.I CALLED AROUND 20 TIMES ON THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO. AND when i say to transfer my call to senior executive THEY PUT MY CALL ON HOLD FOR AROUND 30 TO 35 MINUTES around 3 times this happen.I WASTED AROUND AROUND 200 JUST TO COMPLAIN REGARDIND THIS ON THEIR NO.[protected]. which is not a toll free No...they are fraud..now tommorow I AM GOING TO COMPLAINT AGAINST SNAPDEAL IN MY NEAREST POLICE STATION AND THEN I WILL SEND ALL THE INFORMATION TO MEDIA ALSO Was this information helpful? | |||||
