[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — snapdeal running a scandal

I am working with snapdeal from more than 6 months now, and i am frustared with your courier services, either its delhivery, bd or expressbees.

From the very first day i started working with you, i am receiving most of my return order packets/boxes in wrost & damage condition. Even some return order packets are already opened, and closed by regular cellotape. Sometimes they are even empty boxes.

When at the time of receiving this damaged return packets/boxes, i try to write the same thing in the pod sheet for that order, delivery boy simply refuse and start argueing for the same. And they never allow me to write about the damage condition of the return orders on the pod sheet. And we have to take this rto damaged packets/boxes without any complaint.
For few days it continued like this, but after crosing its limit, one day i i called the owner, and in response, he argued to me "why are you creating an issue, if you believe the box is empty or damages then why dont you open the box in front of delivery boy an check and then he said you can no write about its condition on the pod sheet.

Now, the questiuon is, i have taken your oc+ service, for which i am paying rs 17/- each order for packaging, then
1. Why i acept damage box/packet, as it also damage my product in it.
2. Many time even boxes are empty, and every day iam recieve aprox 30-35 rto boxes. So who have the time to open each and every box in front of courier boy.

I am now very frustrated with you couries services. One more example, just a day back i recieved 4 rto from xpressbees, courier boy returned 4 packets in wrost conditon, even when i opened my product was also damages, but again same thing, then couries boy have not allowed me to write anythng on the pod sheet, and said got for claim with snapdeal. Then i requeted him i can everytime go for claim, as it can damage my brand reputation as well, but he still have not allowed. Then i called his manager and discussed the same and he said"i understand your problem so please wait i forward your call to snapdeap customer cre".
After waiting for some time, a lady taled to me as ususual, and after some argue, she was just taking about their benifits. She have not even paid any attention to my complaint. And then she said"sir itne to pacel damaged hote rehte he or normaly open bhi ho jaate he aap har baar apna parcel seller boy ke saamne apna product cheack kar le".

She was taing to me in such a rude way, if you want i have call recording for that as well.

I am paying you people rs 17/- for oc+ service.in which you are responsible for all packaging of my products and handling. If i am receiving these rto packets in such a damaged condition then my customer must be receiving his order in such damaged conditoin, which is the main reason for my 70% rto. Why is bear this loss just because of your miss handling, when i am even paying extra for your this service.

This is so shamefull for such a well known ecomerce website. I have all call recordings with images of rto boxes.

I even have have a vedio recording of one of your delivery boy saying"bhaiya aap bs ek packet me product dete ho, kis k moh me pani nahi aiyga, hum to adha maal aise hi paar kar lete h or khali box bhej dete."

I have call recording of more than 20-25 customer, whose phone no. Were mentioned on the rto boxes by couries boy. When we asked them on call that why they have returned their order, they said" which order, i have not placed any order, the address and details are mine but i never placed any order."
Now, mostly rto than i am receiving, customer are not even aware of these orders.
It clearly shows that have a team of people whho are placing fake order on other people details and mostly these are cod not prepaid. Its is clear then they have only placed order now paid anything. And on the other hand, you are chargin us the delivery charges for that.
Averave rto a day 30*rs 50 average delivery = rs 1500 a day. That you are chargin us without any reason.

Now, tell me
1. I am receiving more than average rto a day because of your fake team who are placing these order just to generate revenue for you (By delivery charges that we are paying
2. Beacuse of your miss handling morstly our rto box/packet are damages or empty,

And when we are claiming them, you have raise our claim graph and blocked our incomming order from today.

Due to damages products delivered to our customers, our rating has decreased, due to which our future sale will do down. You can check in our product reviews, people have mentioned damaged product reveived.
Now, who will be responsible for these damaged returns and pay us for that. As your courier servise is not alowing us to write on pod sheet and on the orther hand you have bloced ouyr order on claiming them.

Kindly note - i have all vedio recording of your delivery boys and their manager. Also i have cll recording of my customer on whos name fake orders are placed.

If i didnt receive your responce within 24 hrs, i will go to social media and press and expose your scandel.

And i will simply tag mr kunal & mr. Rohit on twiter with all videos and recording.

I am really very frustrated with your services, and i have complaint to your customer care several time but no even a single resolution they gave me. If i did not got your positive responce, then lawsuit next notice you will get from my advocate for all the damaged rto+their additional charges charged by you, and for harrasment.
