Snapdeal.com — Transaction failed, amount not refunded | |||
I was trying to order "Bajaj DX7 Dry Iron - White" On 30/12/2014 and I choose ICICI Bank Internet banking for payment, I pay (Rs 569.00) for this but transaction was failed and amount deducted from my ICICI bank account. I tried two times to contact Snapdeal but got nothing back no call, no response only system generated emails. I also talked with ICICI bank Customer care. They gave me a reference no CCABL2ODN447 and said amount deducted from our end and you have to talk with Snapdeal.
