Dear concerns, 10 month ago i have purchased a timex watch from snapdeal now watch stop to work. as warranty is still pending so i approach my near by timex authorize service center which has denied to repair the watch saying that mention retailer on invoice (grece retail) not register one with us. After mailing to customer care they told me that bring in written that they won't repair it. as i follow them i went again now they refused to do so. No satisfactory answer from snapdeal till now after repetitive mails. please repair or compensate for this glitch.
