[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com With Bluedart Courier — Cheated by sending low quality product than mentioned in shoppingcart.

Dear My Name is Sreejith TG, i have purchased a boot from snapdeal.com . I ordered for a leather boot and they send me a ladies velvet shoe through bluedart. i registered a complaint against the service and they agreed to pick back my product and send a form . i fill up the forms and went to bluedart .they said they dont have any information of my return courior from Snapdeal . i again call snapdeal and they are telling they already inform bluedart and mistake is from bluedart . i again call Bluedart on this number [protected] and they are telling that its in gujrat and call kerala number and book your pick up. in kerala helpline they are telling they have no facility to book my pickup and they need mail from snapdeal regarding my pickup... Dear sir, all online companies are promising for return policy i think snapdeal never done any return policy to their clients. or else i am the first and only unsatisfied client ..i don;t think so. these companies are cheating the clients as online business grows up nobody can see their product ..only virtual reality is there they are using this opportunity to send bad products and the same time these courior companies are making delay for there service is a corporate cheating concept. i need a clear cut on this issue . i am waiting for last 30 days. i need compensation from both the companies for my waste of time and money.

@ snapdeal What care u r doing till date ...you are cheating me for last 30 days . you are telling about return policy then why u are in delay to take back my product.i need compensation for my time and money.

I had ordered a rand changeable watch of snapdeal order has been handed over to blue dart courier and it reached my city but not my home and the delivery date is 18.5.2015
