I ordered one zoook rocker wireless; it had been 20 days from the day of oder, even sd have not given any tracking details; even your customer care no. sucks, I need sd to contact me asap; really very poor service; order id:[protected]. The order was paid by my debit card already. I need sd to resolve my problem asap. 😠😠😠😡😡😡 I have ordered many appliances from many sites but your service sucks; I will prefer not to use your website anymore even I will advice my friends not to use it. Please get it resolved fast or else i will take some other step; I want my feedback by tommorow itself.

My order is [protected] for the headset that i purchased on 26th september and it is not working properly. Help to have the refund of the same or please re-place the same as the warranty period was 6 months and i also tried to call on the number which is there on the website but not able to do so.
