Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered | |||
Hi, I ordered for Preethi Blue Leaf Platinum MG-139 Mixer Grinder from Snapdeal on 9th March 2016 ( Order ID: [protected] ). I received the wrong product ( Pure It ) on 11th March 2016. As soon as I received the wrong product, I communicated/mailed to Snapdeal with the wrong product pics and bar code. I was assured that within 48 hours wrong product will be replaced. But instead I received mail stating : Your item was delivered in good condition and hence, cannot be returned or replaced How can just looking at the Bar Code one can say its the correct product? Again I had to make a call to Snadeal Customer Care for re-escalating this issue. Since then I am following with Snapdeal daily but no action has been taken. I have been told today that snapdeal won't be able to take back the product as it was delivered in good condition ( even if it is not the product that I ordered for ).
