[Resolved] Snapdeal — Late delivery | |||||
I ordered my product on 22nd January 2017 i.e. 9 days before. On the next day morning I received a message from snapdeal that my product is reached at my place & it would be delivered to me in 1 or 2 days, but after that till now I didn't get my product & even no message. Now even they have crossed their delivery date that was provided to me during ordering my product. I even used the benefit of snapdeal gold but I am very much annoyed because of the delivery facility provided by snapdeal i.e. GoJavas. So, please try to improve the delivery facility as I am seeing flipcart & amazon is providing a very good delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||||
