[Resolved] Snapdeal — Snapdeal refuses to pay the 10% cash back. | |||||
I purchased Xiaomi Redmi 2 prime on 12 Aug, 2015(Order ID: [protected] ) by snapdeal under offer of 10% cash back on ICICI bank net-banking payment. According to that offer cash bank amount will be directly credited/ bank account on or before 12/10/15. But I did not receive any amount from snapdeal and after repeated e-mails and phone calls to customer care they replied that I am not eligible for cashback. Was this information helpful? | |||||
