Dear sir/madam,
I order a mobile phone htc 816 price 7999 from snapdeal order id: [protected], now the problem is that this phone was totally refurnished and all parts are not genuine even display when i did quality check from care. Now i am trying to return this item but they always reject my apllication by saying there is an internal fault in your account. So we cant return it. I think this the polite way of saying no.
Please do something otherwise i take legal action on the consumer court.

Updated by Sanjay Dharan Actually Sir, Yesterday They called me and said that due to internal transaction we are unable to accept your return, then i see my previous order and i found that i even not use snapdeal since 2015 . then how it is possible .
last order i did is Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) DETAILS
Placed on 29 May, 2015, after that i realized that snapdeal doesn't provide me genuine product, then i shifted to amazon and flipkart their service is fast and good as compared to snapdeal .
So at last unable to understand their reply .
