I purchase a sony head phone with rs 699 by snapdeal. After one month use i facing the huge problem in earphone. Right side's ear phone i can't hear any sound with in one month. Now i have 1 yr warranty for this sony headphone. Please i want to solve my problem by change my ear phone, and i want get it new... This is very bad experience for me with with this product...
