Snapmint — Closing my account

I order regular from snapmint but feb 2025 when I order one product.. I give down payment but they didn’t even deliver the product and also close my snapmint account.. this is so so much frustrating and disturbing me mentally.. I am trying to manage my cibil but they close my account and not responding my emails
