Snapmint — Credit limit

Inspite of clearing all my dues, my credit limit is reflecting as 0. wherein i was falsely charged for a Meesho pay later order, I never Received the product and it was cancelled by Meesho. i was still continuously getting harassment collection calls for the same. and i ended up paying for a product that i never received. in spite of all this SNAPMINT decides to reduce my limit to 0
