[Resolved]  Snapmint — Product not delivered but EMI has been scheduled, Advance and first installment paid

I would like to raise a complaint against Snapmint since i placed an Order no. 62179455 on the[protected] in which the order has reached the destination and then return back to Seller but snapmint did not mark as cancel nor refunded the payment made. Additional to this, since snapmint is a platform that provides EMI installments scheduling every 3rd of the month where im already due to pay the 1st installment without receiving the item. Therefore i request to help me initiate a refund for both the advance and 1st EMI to return back to the payment mode i have paid. The courier service is sent throught Shadowfax delivery Awb no. SF[protected]AMZ . Thank you
