I, the complainant, wish to submit this consumer complaint against Snapmint for deficiency in service.
On 16 December 2025 at 1:14 PM, an EMI amount of ₹200 was successfully debited from my bank account towards my Snapmint loan/EMI. However, despite successful debit, the same EMI is still showing as unpaid / pending in my Snapmint ID, causing mental harassment and risk of late payment charges or negative credit impact.
