Snapmint — Payment dispute - not answering to calls or even no reply to complaint raised

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Rakesh Kurutkar, and I am filing this complaint against Snapmint regarding extremely poor customer service, non-responsiveness, and failure to resolve a payment-related issue despite multiple attempts from my end.

On 09 November 2025, I placed an order for Protein from Avvatar and opted for EMI payment through Snapmint.

Below are my details for your reference:

During the payment process, the payment gateway prompted me twice for an amount of ₹2, 193, and both payments were successfully completed. I have already shared the respective payment receipts with Snapmint.

However, these payments have not been recorded on their system, and my account continues to show the EMI as unpaid. Further:

I contacted both Snapmint and Avvatar customer support multiple times via phone, spending over 40 minutes across repeated calls—no one responded.

I raised a complaint through Snapmint’s app—no response received.

I sent two separate emails explaining the issue—no reply received from Snapmint till date.

Despite this, Snapmint continues to send me automated text messages and has even indicated that a case may be raised affecting my CIBIL score, which is completely unjustified since the payments were made by me on the first day itself.

This situation is causing unnecessary harassment, stress, and fear of impact on my credit history, entirely due to Snapmint’s negligence and lack of customer support.

I kindly request the Consumer Board to intervene and take appropriate action against Snapmint for:

Failing to acknowledge or resolve a legitimate payment dispute

Non-responsive customer service

Threatening adverse action (CIBIL impact) despite full payment

Causing mental harassment and inconvenience

I am attaching payment receipts and copies of the emails I sent to Snapmint for your review.

I request your urgent support in ensuring that this matter is resolved at the earliest.
