Snapmint — Wrong EMI Overdue messages receiving

Dear Sir
I am Rohit Kumar Pramanik, from Ayodhya, U.P. and I am regular receiving threat messages on WhatsApp messages/ text messages (on my mobile number[protected] regarding payment of overdue EMIs, otherwise my score in CIBIL will down and any more threats.
Sir I never dealt with snapmint in any business, to the best of my knowledge. I also tried to make a contact on WhatsApp to send the details of the query, but no reply received.
Sir please look int the matter and close the issue.
