We have purchased the property from Sobha builders. project name is Sobha Windsor. sales person was friendly before purchasing property. now once we have purchased it he is not responding on calls. also all the promises he made he is not following. last 3 weeks we keep on calling him and he keeps ignoring.

I made a payment of Rs.1, 10, 000 [Receipt No.CR2280742] into your SBI account by mistake on 8th Nov, as I have an account no. which has almost same starting numbers. Realized my mistake by 19th Nov & have mailed CRM to get this amount refunded, to which the CRM replied saying the refund has been initiated by Sobha on 26th Nov.
2 months have waited for this, please help me or if possible route it to the correct person who can give...

The Developer has sold me a unit but after few months the unit was allocated to someone else without my knowledge when asked I was given a reason that this was initiated due to increase in price they chose to relocate to someone else. when asked for money they have asked me to wait for 6 months with deduction. Highly Deplorable....

We booked a flat in Sobha heartland- Dubai. We made wire transfer to Sobha Bank Account. First few payments in same account were accepted by Sobha. Then when we received their statement we found 2 payment were missing. we send them the wire transfer proof they said we will look into it. 6 Months passed they didn't responded. Then we flew to Duabi to resolve the matter and they found one trasaction and other payment of 43000AED was still missing....

I booked by unit in Dec 2020 when I was told that expected handover date is Auguat 2021. In April 2021 it became August 2021. in July 2021 it became Sep 2021 and in Sep 2021 it became Dec 2021 and then advanced to Feb 2022. All the purchasers I met later were always given "within 6 months" as a possession date. This is a trap that 80% of the building is ready and only 20% is left. We visited "Sobha Royal Pavilion" on 7th August 2021 (Saturday). We swiped a token amount of Rs 2, 00000/- ( Rupees Two lakhs only) on the same day to hold a unit in wing8 ( Unit number -8072, 1490sq.ft SBA 3BHK) for a couple of days until we comeback and confirm our choice and procced for advance payment and login.

Due covid loss & personnel financial issues, i had to step back and cancel my booking. I have so far paid, 13.64 lacs. But sobha as per the agreement states, only 5.65 lacs will be refunded with no time limits.

10% flat deduction + tax deduction which is as per agreement. But this penalty is very very high. Though the flat will be resold, why 10% flat deduction of total flat value.

No proper response from either...

Sobha sales is full of lies. They took booking amount from us of 3lakh with 100% refund of Sobha disagrees on agreement value in a week, promised an agreement value and later backed out.

We have audio proof with Sales person Mr. Manish Mahesh Rajak, making false promises and cheating us.

Extremely inconvenient process, Sobha doesn’t share any refund policy and ignores communication after taking money....

The sales representative Mr. Manish Mahesh Rajak took 3 lakh booking amount from us, agreeing on booking 3 bhk in Sobha Royal Pavilion at 1.Xx CR and agreed 100% refund of booking amount within a week, if Sobha team in unable to fulfil their promise.

They took our money, backed out of agreement value promised and now are not returning our booking amount. They cheat and lie the customers and will be unavailable during money...

I have been mailing the team multiple times to check if the agreement payment date can be moved by couple of days without fine.

But there has been no reply .

I got a credit note from Sobha as a discount of 50k at the time of booking my flat. It was issued by a channel partner i.e. bookaprop.

Now no one is taking interest and I didn't get 50k which was part of discount offered to me at the time of booking....
