Sobha Developers — misrepresentation of facts

I own an apartment at casa paradiso in banaglore. I invested in the property nearly 5 years ago relying on sobha’s reputation as a responsible and renowned builder in bangalore. Unfortunately i have come to realize that the all the facts were not properly shared at the time of finalizing the sale commitment. To start with, i paid for floor rise for a 15th floor premium apartment. Subsequently i became aware of a crematorium that was adjacent to the site and when i followed up with my relationship manager, i was told that it was being relocated to another site. Having taken possession, i have come to realize that not only has this not happened but there’s an operational burial ground as well which is visible from my apartment from the bedrooms and the main balcony. This has significantly affected the value of the entire property block and i am looking at a significant potential loss on value erosion.
