Project: Sobha Neopolis, Unit number - A3-19073 - I have been trying to reach CRM team since March 2024 through multiple emails and phone calls, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Despite sending several follow-up emails to your managers and even the CRM head, there has been no response.. and the name of the team is Customer Relations, isnt so shameful for them.
The issue I am facing is related to the inability to update TDS payments through Sobhas portal, which has been consistently malfunctioning. I have been attempting to reach out in all possible ways to resolve this issue. It is extremely frustrating to receive only payment reminders and penalties for delayed payments even if it is a day from Sobha Developers but not ready to answer any customer queries.. It just shows their attitude towards their business.. and customers..
I did not expect such unprofessionalism and lack of response from a reputed company like Sobha Developers. I am requesting immediate attention to this matter and prompt assistance in resolving the TDS payment issue. Was this information helpful? |
