Sobha Developers — EOI money is NOT returned. Worst/no response from team

I have booked (EOI) a flat in neopolis and canceled the booking on 01.10.2023 (october 1st 2023). Till now i have not got my money back.
As per the discussions with your team, they mentioned that after 45 days of cancellation, sobha will start working on refunding the amount. and the refund will be done within 90 days after cancellation of the booking.

I have been following up with team after 45 days of cancellation. There is no definite response from their team. Everytime they are coming up with some or other story to postpone the refund.

Till now almost 4 months are getting completed and they are clueless about the refund and they are telling different stories.

worst thing is they are not even escalating the issue. and they are not giving the contact of their management so that i can talk to them directly.

They boast they are the no-1 company. I would say this is the worst company than a small time builder.

How do i go about getting back my money.
