Hi ..i wanted to raise a concern as i am in a email communication with sobha from last 4 months but i have received no response from them..
I have booked my flat in sobha on one note that i need 2 car park space and as promised by the sales person MR JISHNU.
He also mentioned that allotment will be done at the end ..and if we were unable to get side by side we ll get back to back which is open from.both sides...so on this note i booked it.
Now 2 months back we received a call from crm Miss Nethra that sir we are alloting the car park and yours is back to back with one entry and exit.
So i had a word with sales person and immediately they wrote a email to crm stating that it was the mistake by them client has booked side by side car parking space but the crm needed further approvals which is there internal matter.
Since them.i am trying to reach them out the sales person is not picking up our calls.
They are not responding on emails..what they want is now i should pay the extra amount and get the parking...but why???
Please help us resolve this issue at earliest.
