I booked by unit in Dec 2020 when I was told that expected handover date is Auguat 2021. In April 2021 it became August 2021. in July 2021 it became Sep 2021 and in Sep 2021 it became Dec 2021 and then advanced to Feb 2022. All the purchasers I met later were always given "within 6 months" as a possession date. This is a trap that 80% of the building is ready and only 20% is left. The 80-20 rule comes into picture. the first 80% of payment is for structure only, which sobha can erect in 4 months (there are YouTube videos on this topic), it's the remaining 20% where they slow down (or even pause, for several quarters). What ever timeline sales person says and the date mentioned in sale agreement is TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
