I am investor flat owner in this ongoing project. I have serious concerns for the Management of this project and progress reporting, in addition to secrecy in passing the information updates to buyers.
Every project report starts with " Construction is going in full swing " . The project starting followed the Corona last phase.Since then till today, co got adeqaute 3 years and more, time to take corrective action and build recovery schedule for timely handover .
Co failed to do so or advise buyers accordingly. Upon claiming compensation, they simply forwarded extension letter from RERA.

Further getting blocked from reaching higher authorities, as the CRM or site persons can not resolve my qerries.
