Subject: Urgent Escalation: No Response from Sobha Team, Unacceptable Refund Delay for Sobha Hamptons – Unit B12-5091
Hello Sobha CRM and management team,
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the extreme delay and lack of response from the Sobha CRM and Sales team with respect to my cancelled booking at Sobha Hamptons.

Unit: B12-5091, Block: 5, Customer Code: REL-CST[protected],
Booking date[protected], Cancellation date[protected].
I have been sending emails and coordinating with sales team Ashutosh, Prasnajit, Pradeep and Mahesh from CRM, Unfortunately, none of them have responded to my emails or calls in 2 months month. Its been 75 days of cancellation and yet to receive my refund amount. I’ve also contacted Sobha head office multiple times and was repeatedly assured that someone from the CRM team and once spoken to Mahesh and he told that they would get in touch but till now, there has been absolutely no communication.
The process of cancelling a booking and getting a refund should be straightforward within a month's time, but this has turned into a highly stressful and frustrating experience. The complete silence, lack of accountability, and non-responsiveness from your team is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your brand.
We now deeply regret booking a flat at Sobha. What should have been a smooth experience with a reputed builder has become a source o[censored]nnecessary stress and wasted time. I request urgent action on this matter and demand a clear timeline for the refund process without further delay.
