Dear sir/madam, I am nageswara rao valeti, ex employee of axis bank ltd, emp no.4754. I have resigned and relieved in the month of october 2015. My meal vouchers for the month of august 2015 and september 2915 were not received by me till date. I have raised a complaint with sodexe vide issue no.Ib0026587 on 21-dec-2015. They said that the issue will be solved with in 10 to 15 days. But even lapsing of 4 months the problem was not solved even so many reminders by mail and phone. I request you to provide the meal vouchers as early as possible. Details: Problem: meal vouchers for 2 months were not received (Rs.2100/ + rs.2100/-) Complaint with sodexo on: 21-dec-2015.
