Sonam — Failed transaction at axis bank atm no receipt cash 10000

I am sonam d/o sh. Surender singh raghav having a saving account in state bank of india in sector 55, ballabhgarh faridabad branch.


I have a atm card of sbi bank. I have used the atm of axis bank at terminal id: apcn 34817 classification metro for withdrawal of rs. 10000 on dated 30.05.2016.


I have received the withdrawal slip from the atm but not received my cash of rs. 10000 due to some machine problem.


I have already raised a complaint at customer care no. On my atm card, customer care agent noted the complaint against complaint ticket no. At[protected] and said to wait for 7 working days after wait of 7 days i have received the massage on my register mobile number that your complaint resolved as bank confirm that your transaction is successfully completed from the bank relevant document send to your branch.


When i visit my branch they said that they have not received any documents.


I am not satisfy with the answer of the axis bank on which proof (Cctv footage, audio etc.) they declare that my transaction is successfully.


Regarding this i have already done the written complaint to the state bank of india branch office at sector 55 ballabhgarh, faridabad.


Now after 22 days of written complaint i have not receive any information from the bank about my money and not about cctv footage.


I request you please give me all the proof (Cctv footage, audio etc.) for showing that i have not receive the amount in my hand after the transaction from the atm.


Please take necessary action on it and return my amount in my given sbi (State bank of india) a/c no.[protected] as soon as possible.


I have loose all the confidence on the banks that my money is not safe in the banks also.
