I’m writing this letter with great disappointment and to bring to your attention a few things. On 20th august 2017 i purchased 40" sony led (40w672e) from bismi appliances, calicut. After 7 months i started noticing a complaint on the display screen.
I logged in my complaint request[protected] with customer service center expert zone, (Pt usha rd, kozhikode, kerala 673032, ph:[protected] on 22nd june 2018. Technicians came to check the tv and took photos and videos and went. There was no update after that. After repeated follow-ups, they came again to my house to check the system but there was again no solution available.
It has been a reason of concern for me that in spite of purchasing from such a reputed brand with a huge amount, the response at the time of need has been negligible. Service center representatives are not taking the matter with a responsibility and they only respond after repeated reminders. The latest update i’ve received is that the system needs to be checked by a higher authority. I have personally visited the service center 2 times but the response was the same.
I called them last friday (19.10.208) as well but there has not been a positive response from their side. Please note that it has been 6 months since i’ve raised the complaint and this shows a complete irresponsibility from the company’s side in addressing a customer’s issue. This irresponsible behavior from the representatives is highly unprofessional and unethical. While purchasing the tv, the salesmen had 1000 words on the services provided but i can’t see any of it in practicality.
Please resolve this issue on urgent basis otherwise i’ll be forced to raise a case in consumer court. Hoping to receive a positive response. Also please find attached purchase bill, complaint request message, and pictures and videos of the complaint.
