Sony India — Customer service regarding my Sony ZV-E10L

Sony is refusing to give me a straight answer regarding my purchase of their Sony Zv-e10l camera. I purchased this last month but was unable to register the product on their alpha website. Every time I write to their customer service email, I get a copy-pasted response that they are "working on it". All I want to know is if this camera is original or fake why are they taking a month to confirm it?

If this is how irresponsible Sony is then should anyone purchase any product from them?
