Sony India — KD 55x80j led tv

We have bought your product . That is led 55 inches Sony 55x80j for around 1 lakh rupees around 3 years ago. I has screen waranty of 2 years . But few days ago I was watching YouTube on the television but suddenly it turns black and the sound was listening from the tv. But I doesn't show anything on the screen. When the Sony service person come they told for screen replacement which cost around 28000 rupees. When we asked what's the problem they told us that we don't find the problem but it need back panel replacement of 28000 . We bought such an expensive product for Sony and we hope it would we of best quality. But it need replacement so soon . We are not satisfied with your product quality. We will never think of buying Sony product again. If possible please give us 30 to 50 percent discount.
