Sony India — KD 55x80j led tv

We are very sad to say that you customer aftersale service is 0. As we had bought a new Sony bravia 55x80j 4k tv approx 3yrs ago. But your service center people are trying to scam us. Once i was watching YouTube on the tv then suddenly the tv screen turns black bluish and does not show anything but the audio was coming from the tv. This tells us that either screen is faulty ir some minor issues.The screen was properly no damage. We contact the sony person from whom we bought the tv they send a sony repair person to check and they open the tv and then closed and after few day he cane with another sony repair person and opened the tv in a very rude manner with loud opening voices and after they then closed it at our home only and then we see that the screen has a little crack which was done by them because they opened the tv is a rude manner but they dont agree and told us that you have broken the screen. but we haven't touched the tv so far. But they didn't agree and told us that you have broken the screen. And tild us for screen replacement (back panel replacement) which would cost 28, 000. We agreed and after the screen replacement. The tv was working properly for may be 2weeks and then it was bootlopping and bow the tv is in the repair center and they are now telling us for another motherboard replacement for 13, 000-15, 000 ruppes. I am very sad that the official service centre was trying to scam us and at first they broken the screen and ask for screen replacement and told us that after this the tv would run perfectly but it didn't happen and now the tv is in the repair center and the total cost they are asking is nearly 28, 000 for screen and 13, 000 for motherboard and total cost more than 40000. They don't know what's the problem. And trying to get as much money as possible and giving no warranty afterwards. Sony i will never buy you products ever ever ever ever again. Unless you give us free replacement of the tv. 0 star for service rating.
