Hello, Our 3D 50inch smart Sony TV screen has vertical colours and background turned black. Contacted Sony service center and raised complain. Service engineer visited and by just watching the condition said T Con Board has to be replaced. Took 2000rs advance and ordered the part which would cost us 14000rs. After 12 days of vigorous follow up they mentioned that no part availability for this product..the product is purchased on Dec 2016 and now Sony has stopped providing parts. After escalating the matter to the sony management, they had came up with an offer. To replace the TV but we have to pay now tripple the amount of the repair, 41000rs. Is this justified. Being a customer, just that sony does not have a part.. we have to invest tripple and get a replacement of TV. How can we get justice and save a family from suffering because of Sony.
