Sony India — klv-24p413d / display glass damaged

We purchase the above model sony TV on 05 Nov 18 in Sathya Agencies Pvt Ltd, Thiruvanmiyur. diplay glass was broken 20 days back. we contact customer care and informed they have attended - Executive contact number : [protected] & reference number : 54261441. executive informed us to replace the glass with amount of Rs.5700/- we asked warranty period also not completed. he said this is not covered in warranty. continously calling and asking when u going to change the glass. my question : Sony TV is branded TV in india. We are all middle class family struggled to buy a Sony TV. please replace the TV without money or otherwise suggest me to how to give a complaint to consumer court for the same. because we bought sony TV - display damaged complaint we didn't expect from Sony branded TV.
