Sony India — not refunding money taken for repair of our tv, not repaired tv als

Given sony tv of 42" in noida service centre, jaypee electronics, b 59, ground floor, sector 16, noida[protected]/06/07) they told 23000/ repair cost of panel. Rs 200/ charged, when person visited our house initially. Wanted rs 23000/ advance. After negotiations taken rs 10000/ advance for repairing tv. After one month, they said part not available. Nor returning our rs 10000/ advance after repeated requests, calls etc. They are totally cheaters. Never buy soni products, or you will face after sale service.
