I have been using TVs from various brands for the last 40 years or so and I have never faced any panel problem.
I am writing this letter to report a complaint about a defective Sony television which I purchased from Amazon online Shopping on the 22nd of Oct 2020. Below are the exact details of the product:

Total Cost: Rs 104990
Assured Warranty Period: one year
The issue with the television is as follows: This TV stopped working exactly after 1 year 10 months due to the faulty panel as stated by the Sony Technician in attendance. I immediately purchased a new Panel on the 2022. unfortunately, I was shocked to note that this renewed panel too failed on the 2024. Presently the above Sony Bravia TV which I purchased in 2020 is now rendered useless as a new panel was unavailable.
As a very unsatisfied and disappointed customer, I am appalled to note that Sony which has a very good reputation in their TVs and other electronic products can be unreliable, especially when purchasing from Amazon online shopping. I am attaching the copies of the bills for your reference.
I am really disappointed, and I am now to loose faith faith from the Sony Brand India service. I sanguinely request that you send someone to replace the panel or exchange the product promptly so that my faith and confidence in you is restored.
