Sony India — Sony Bravia model 42W850A boot issue

I bought sony bravia KDL-42W850A TV in 2014 in 85K. Now facing problem in TV with error prompt "some applications are unavailable due to boot error". Your service engineer visited & confirm for motherboard issue. Kindly confirm for the motherboard availability on priority as I want to replace it. If not, what will be the other solution to repair the same at the earliest.
