I am writing this for the second time.
I would like to raise a complaint against sony service center at Kalyan, Maharashtra.
My Tv Sony Bravia 55" TV [ Model : KD55X7002E ] got panel issues in the month of July 2020 and the panel got replaced at the same service center.
I got charged 30000 for panel replacement. We got our TV back in August 2020 and it worked well for the first month i.e. August 2020.
After that it started giving restart/ reboot issues. Initially it rebooted for like once or twice a day but after one month it started rebooting after
every 5 minutes.
(I purchased Sony bravia 55" tv at 90000+ INR and once the panel replacement charged me 30000. So I already invested almost 120K)
We registered the complaint again at same service center and almost 4-5 technicians came home to inspect. But invain, finally they took my TV
to their service center and Its been there since last 45 days. During the time I tried to contact them and visit teh center but evrytime I hear a same story
that we're working on it.
I still don't know when i'll get my TV back and whats the exact issues in it. I strongly feel that this issues has got something todo with panel replacement.
Because prior to that the TV was working well. So the Technician is responsible for everything.
