Sony India — Sony ht ht s40r seriel number 2306073

I have purchased sony sound bar of worth 22, 200 from sathya agencies, no: 2, karur bye pass road, trichy, 620018 on 18/10/2025 . I received the shipment on 19/10/2025, after then i received a message from sony as the installation job has been to mr.Dhinesh with id of jd1647502 on friday only, (24/10/2025) but nobody hasnt turned up till now

i just want to know, is there still any chance for anyone from sony side to reach my site for installation or i shall install of my own
