Worst experience with sony customer care and service center. Bought 43w800d tv on march 2017, within 6 months problem started with the tv, first on 7 sept 17, tv red led light started flushing continuously, and problem got resolved only after 15 days of continuously follow up with their customer care. And again, same problem started within a month after their first repairing i. E. On 30 oct 17 and on 31 october 17 registered a request with them, service request number 43667875 but today is 7 november 17 still did not get any reply from their side only a mail stating they will look into the matter nothing else. And their neosa electronics (P) ltd. Service center is worst in kolkata. Neither they are repairing it or replacing it. Think about a big brand like sony whose tv started showing problem within six months and worst if the problem continues even after repairing. So why go for it because there is no satisfaction for customer.
Now fed up with their attitude, now understand never go for these brands instead go for the new one at least their service is good rather than a big brand where they do not care about their customer satisfaction.

I had booked a complaint with sony on 4th November as the TV is not switching on and red light is blinking continuously. I received a message assigning the said work to a customer care centre. I have been regularly calling the service centre but the standard reply is that they will send the technician the next day which has not come for the last 5 days.
