i am not satisfied with your offer because my core issue is not addressed
its due to purely an negligence and misleading information of protocol of operating tv sony and daksha service centre pondicherry

i had panel issues in my product since i brought
i had purchased on 25/12/2021&i had complained to sony regarding this complained on 01/10/2022 itself
i had attached whatsapp evidence of the complaint
the regional head person mr murali spoked but he doesn't addressing the issues as within an year, he assuming issue after an year
he asked me to send evidence regarding the issue since brought and he said he will revert back
but now they closed the complaint without reverting and inform me and closed the complaint
so i need an explanation from sony head office regarding this

why the regional office crm persons without addressing the negligence of service centre, they are just copying and pasting the same offer wordings in different cro officer names with just time deadline to accept the offer

its due to purely an negligence and misleading information of sony and daksha service centre pondicherry

i need to call back from sony head regarding addressing this issue

i need an reply from head office addressing the corr issue

nobody had contacted me yet from sony head office addressing the issue
only yesterday i got from daksha sony service manager demanding me to accept that exchange offer at an extra amount of rs 98000
my question is that why i have to accept this offer for extra cost
it is clearly the professional negligence of sony and sony service centre
since ever i bought the product i had image retention problem, for that they made multipe panel refresh at frequent intervals and visit, after that also they changed panel they further delayed by saying the protocol, dont switch off the tv in switch only switching off in the remote is enough, but now the service manager refused we wouldn't said like that protocol but after i send him voice recording and evidence of my argument, the current manager agreed .
But now he saying that we dont know u followed it properly so might it faced electrical issues
i wonder what kind of professional technician does sony has, 1st they neglected they never said protocol like that after evidence they changed their argument we doubt on u that u had followed protocol properly
i would have happily accepted the offer, ever since my tv never faced any issue since bought and this is the 1st time or else when the problem occurs since i bought tv if they would have done properly changed the panel without neither hesitation nor professionally
nothing they did they changed me damaged panel at 1st for that they blamed us and after complaint they changed that panel by delaying 3months, now that panel only faces the issue
my question is that what's the proof for electrical issue
my voltage is clear and even i fixed stabilizer separately for tv
my question is that if its electrical circuit issues then why the board in tv running fine, why the processor running fine and the tv stabilizer running fine
the service centre are not professional and they are just blaming us to hide their professional negligence
my question to sony is that how sony expecting customer to buy the unreliable and untrusted product further
why sony and sony service centre blames on customer why cant the panel is faulty and unreliable
for same oled panel other brands like lg, samsung are giving five years warranty who are the vendors for sony panel, then why cant the sony
even the lg had changed its panel raw material from hydrogen and carbon to deuterium to avoid burn in issues and panel issues
so why i have to pay extra one lakh and buy an unreliable sony product, instead i can buy other brand lg, samsung oled who are the original manufacturer of oled panel at low cost than sony

so i request sony india and sony head office that i lost trust on the sony daksha service centre because of their lie and negligence behavior

because of their negligence i am facing my tv issues since i bought
so i trust sony
so i request sony india to look into this issue and solve as soon as possible and replace the tv product at free of cost to retain the trust on sony
